The ASX needs to catch up to Frankfurt and OTCs in NYC, otherwise it's basically a gift to the instos that can buy on the ASX, shift the shares to the EU or convert the shares to ADRs.
Imagine being able to buy at $2.10 this morning and sell instantly for $2.50 when Frankfurt opens.
