I came across UXC (again) over the weekend; used to be a bit of a dog!
Recently new CEO ... then clear the decks (get rid of the crap) ... sell the stuff not wanted (Field Solutions) ... restructure and refocus ... buy some stuff (Tripoint and Oxygen) ...
Now profitable, well run and debt free.
It appears to be ideally sized to take on moderate projects at relatively low risk (i.e. not the largest having to take the most complex and risky projects).
I'm in on the fundamentals! ... takeover at $1.25? whats the downside?
