it is another good question tho, I will grant you, why the variance from center to center? It is like they are trying to catch people out and get more fee revenue.
So IMHO it is a strange business model, as they ask on IT Wire, is it designed to keep people away from the Centers? So the store holders leave or pay rent until expiry and then the land bank can be used for something else other than retail?
