Covers the verdict if they found guilty then insurance D&O cover will trigger to cover. defendant can claim legal fees from he plaintiff after they are found not guilty. Either way it shouldn't be something you freak out about.
the verdict will effectively a phycological barrier once given either good or bad the market can move on as the issue is completely dealt with. Then investors can look at Nuix again with a little more confidence.
