    re: rights issue / charry They are raising $4m only , so $2m for neoo holders and $2m for fpo holders. Not sure on ex date for fpo holders.

    Based on 2.5c , they will issue 100m shares and 50m Neooa's.

    So fpo holders will be entitled to about a 1 for 12 , and neo holders to about a 1 for 6 issue .
