As usual there is nothing bankable for NEO donkeys.

Report read well, and I respect the effort that the JV are putting into SELH.

Unfortunately what info we are given is expected to be traded in return for shareholders and dead oppie holders support.

Shareholders have little room to move here. To collectively ignore this offer would see instos gobble up the deal and suffer further dilution.

Why didn't team NEO (wait?) take a gamble and give the market something concrete.... even if the market failed to respond surly they could find folk prepared to pay 2.5c.
