For goodness sake if CGM was incompetent at drilling on DNI'S project there would NOT have been a $2.5m settlement. Its very clear that DNI were guilty of unethical business practices and that settlement proves this!!
The question is what else are they not being truthful about? Not our problem anymore.
And no the Nickel project is highly advanced , already drilled so well beyond trenching!!
