You'll get over it Bob. Stop being a bad loser and take your sook sessions back to Stockhouse where they belong. Start asking the right questions of your own Company. Ask Dan why he took the course of action he did and what advice he recieved prior to issuing the default. It obviously wasn't legal advice. DNI's legal team soon decided DNI was at fault otherwise the advice from them would have been to go through with the arbitration, not give Cougar an out of court settlement. Bad advice is only damaging if you take it and it looks to me like that's exactly what Dan did ten months ago. Pity really, but then again who wants to be struck with a project that has no clear future? Gladly that's not Cougar's problem so much now.

Elcorp, both sides can argue the same thing. Why did Randal settle for an out of court settlement, if he though he was in the right, and gave up a project that will become a producing mine for years. Dan made mistakes too, however Dan wants to build a company, while Randal will probably use the money to keep the lights on and salary paid for CGM. I will be back to see if CGM will truly drill Pyke Hill or not. Cheers
