Plough, I agree with Les being the main man at SLR, but the board have to tick off the boxes and in the process get a good understanding of the way Les goes about the business of getting projects up and running.
Maybe Paul will pass on some of Les's MO to ENR. I note also that the management of ENR has a fair amount of ex WMC people on board like SLR. Do you know much about Will Robinson?
