If you recall, at the time, the transaction was supposed to happen in late Feb.

It's now the end of May.
My mindset at the time was CR & transaction out of the way by April.
Things change, don't they!
As the HNR story continues to unfold my perspective will change again, it's the reason people buy & then sell stocks. Isn't it? Because things change.
