What’s the chance the win is being factored in before the courts decision and on announcement of a win the SP takes a hit? Do we know that a win will mean the mining license will be renewed in the same processes or will the renewal go back to its familiar holding pattern? Even IF MLS win, and IF the renewal is granted, there still hasn’t been a single hole drilled. Aren’t we years away from any sort of JORC resource calculations, let alone making some money?
