Meeting timelines/ deadlines dont really mean much with TSV -

Have to remember the history of previous announcements- their 'big' announcement some weeks back was meant to be on a thursday/ friday- but was then pushed back to the following week and then came out the following tuesday after that- and it was a cracker of an announcement.

The big companies are running the show here and they check/ approve TSV announcements - which in itself takes time and demonstrates the lack of direct control TSV has.
