Hajda, if and when Farole ratifies the government's agreement with RRS, Africa Oil and Raytec will mobililize. They may have to give them a 3 or 6 month extension to get the drill in the ground. But that won't matter.
Additionally an agreement for the offshore acreage can set a light under the SP.
Yes, RRS will not be in Gerogia until either of these two things occur. If BOTH occur, all those trading RRS now for a 0.1c or 0.2c differential will miss out - BIG TIME !
Again, that's just my opinion.
