Not appropriate. If you don't like the directors - don't invest in the share. These guys got the Warro deal and dropped it into TSV. They may not know much about gas, but they are in it for the money.
Only problem is it seems like.... -They got to derisk their investment but keep the upside. -We get all the risk.
Whilst I will likely vote against the options - they won't waste their time laughing at my paltry holding.
