I think he is referring to the increased volume over the past month..
Those who follow the stock closely realise this and believe that news is around the corner which may be extremely price sensitive particularly if it involves the beginning of production.
I don't think comparing this stock to BHP has any merits. If you want to play it that safe go drop your money off at the bank.
