looks to me that we are in danger of those predators especially now, many investors have jumped overboard due to delays which has been disappointing.

although this darn construction game and red tape in this country makes a simple construction of a home a bl00dy nightmare let alone a $100 million project, I've been there done that, (construction costs and time overruns, labor shortages, etc) being in the constitution game.

feels to me that we are bottoming out with general market conditions improving and 20day price oscillator has hit its lowest reading in years, it looks like the rubber band is nearly at breaking point and ready to snap back, and in view of the stocks market 35% undervaluation in relation to the 10 year bond yield, to much fear going around imo.

good to see new insto blood coming on board, those algo's have been driving me nuts lately.

btw, we have a serious lead shortage in the real market place, cmon boys, hurry thy the f up.
