Go ask him about it as there is plenty of reasons and given it is his name with consulting it could of been a business where he was likely the sole employee that way he could invoice clients for his consulting work however maybe just maybe he cancelled it to focus on Mogul as two months later he after the cancellation he then became MD for ESH...
