Comparing it to the previous year it is actually really positive.
Cameron Adams joined in Nov 2019 so really didn't have that much impact on the 2019 year.
However the cost has reduced to ~3M from 4M (1M saving) which they have outlined further reductions and that there was a big chunk of one off/non-recurring costs, whilst also improving the revenue QoQ and YoY.
In fact the new board which joined in August 2020 then turned around and made 139k up from 11k on the Q4 2019 which is over 1,200% increase in comparison.
