    i have to agree im not impressed

    id be impressed with 1 kg or more per week for obese people but not 2.8 over a 12 weeks period
    thats only .2333 per week im not impressed

    the hospital heart diet gets a far beter result
    and add excercise and most people lose 2 kg per week easy

    hopefully mbp will be able to substantially add to this result otherwise why pay $$$ for it imo
