spovvy ... if it is, they are tight a sses! Put an on market order for 50M shares, clean out the depth (no need for suspension!) and really get things cracking. After all, when they hit a buck, whether they paid 3 or 4 won't matter. :)
ps ....... i wonder how controlled this rise will be? $20M raising in Jan in line with the JV ann? Price between 5-8 by then?
