i know you can't see this but you are not a 'visionary' as you so eloquently put it. you are emotionally attached to this company.

i am by no means not a great admirer of what forrest is trying to achieve but i think they too got caught up in what was meant to be a 10+ year bull mkt in commodities and hence took on too much debt and in hindsight too much risk.

completely different but similar in many aspects to the us banks that lent to 'subprime' borrowers assuming asset prices would continue to rise. we have now seen the disasterous consequences of that.

i am not saying that FMG won't be $10 at some stage but not in the forseeable future.

but i am a trader and cut losing positions ruthlessly and hang onto winners. i have worked in this game for long enough to know that you won't be always right and it is the stocks where you are wrong but cannot bring yourselves to admit it, that will hamper your portfolio for years to come.

my 2 cents - i mean no offence to those that hold for long term and i do believe this company can come good but there will be a lot of pain before a lot of gain...
