Comforting to read this when it would be easy to fold.
Substitute the current RE basket price of $157 per kg into their valuation model which uses $80 and crude maths will tell you the target SP becomes $5.69 from their $2.90
Recent posts have highlighted that there is little chance of RE basket prices retracting with China supply contstraints increasing especially now Chinas previous low cost of RE production not now environmentally sustainable. Global demand increasing.
I will keep the faith and hold LYC in face of the Moly ripple effect. Read some informed recent HC posts to know Moly was always more hype than reality and take comfort LYC is more reality than hype. The fundamentals are still there and the cream will come to the top.
