I have been with Telstra since 1980's. I have listened to complaints from other telco users about poor coverage etc; But I have never had problems with the TLS coverage in my travels around Australia, it beats the other telco's hands down. I use my mobile phone for calls and for internet access and i consider my plan exceptionally cheap ie. $40/month total cost for 10Gb internet access and up to $1,000 of calls. If ever I have needed to seek help or clarification on my plan then I have gone to the TLS website 'chat' and sorted things quickly/efficiently and always to my satisfaction.
I would recommend Telstra to anybody.
