Mindarie is being run by some interesting peoples.

They needed some Telstra comms cables moved a couple of months back. I provided them a quote to do the work properly, was around the $30k mark from memory. Nearly 2.5 kms of cable.

They wanted to take shortcuts, lay cables above ground, tie cables to fences, ignore safety issues and then get me to sign a waiver accepting all responsibilities if someone tripped over the cable, a wombat ate it etc etc etc. I refused to their shortcuts, and was quickly shown the door.

Will go for a drive one day to see if they found someone to lay the cable above ground.

Amateurs running the whole show by the looks, just a side issue for you holders, but may give a hint of the sorts of people running Mindarie at least.
