I also believe that the current TH is in place to protect shareholders interest.

Must remember that the directors get regular top 100 shareholder updates/movement from the share register and they may have identified a syndicate out to manipulate the sp. This is quite a common occurrence, especially with volatile stocks.

So that's it, the directors have P&A the manipulators!!!
