Sure - original manufacturer wasn't hitting the timeframe and scale required, and the new one gets us into EU, where trials are being planned and regulations are very specific. That's a very top line summary as I understand it from DCB.
Reading between lines, sounds like there's quietly an opportunity evolving with a big pharma and we needed to pivot to meet certain GMP needs and get deals done.
