I think it's more so the fact that they've come out and stated that they will have two deals completed before the end of the year.
There was no need to state this information if it wasn't confirmed as it causes investor uncertainty.
I'm still confident that their product as a whole will be extremely well valued in the near term however it's still frustrating being told to expect something that may not arrive by the given time frame.
