As a shareholder, what would constitute a good take over offer? Mind you, before the GNM offer, REY was in the single digits with not much trading volume. GNM offer + the other offer took it to 30c odd range. I remember some people mentioning about $1 per RAY share should be the offer amount and so on. YES! REY has coal deposits. BUT it's still under ground. The management hasn't done JACK all this time. They are sitting on a high salary and when the bank balance runs out, do a CR and then keep going. How long are they gonna swindle the share holders? I reckon, once the GNM offer expires, REY will be back to single digits and going south.
