    I Feel 20 uk pounds will be good value as it takes into consideration the currency exchange when the ration was 2.5 to 1 2 years ago. Also think the share dividend will be much greater in 2011 as the offshore ghana oil production comes into full play within 6 months from the dec 2010 first production to 120,000Th bopd. Cheers
