It is very worrying when in Africa Uganda the law is not set adhered to -- very risky -- now that most of the exploration is done and production is set for 2011 at a great expence to TLW and others Heritage the Gov is now getting cocky and demand that new taxes should paid when all along nothing was in place when exploration 1st began. My long term Super is on the line here so i hope common sense will provail, Africa been africa it is still the wild wild west.Cheers
