As I heard it, there will only be one rail line from the Galilee Basin to Abbot Point so it will need to expand.

The Whitsunday's mayor "Moscow" Mike Brunker was talking of a major expansion, including multi user, multi cargo terminal. He's not sure if that was written into the contract.
