boned1, They need to prove up a large resource to get parties/investors on board to pay for set up costs, especially rail.
Your points are all valid, but I think WGO will be taking a similar path as SDL. There are no short cuts. Size is king in Africa.
However it looks very promising at this stage and the risk reward is defintiely on!
