Maybe the new partners want more exposure for VLA in the US. Maybe there is interest in the company from the Wall Street guys who want to throw money in somehow. If this is the case they better pay a bloody premium ! I'm thinking 25-40% minimum. I still wished that happened last time.. & got a feeling the SP would be much higher now ..
I still think listing on the NAZDAQ would be part of the "business plan" for VLA, which it isn't. Never say never, but I'm pretty sure we'd know about it.
If it was part of a "new" business plan wouldn't there be an announcement ?
