If MS is going to do a BRR to tell us that CVI has accepted "x" number of offshore permits, wouldn't that be price sensitive information, and require a TH.
If he is going to announce for whatever reason that he has decided to knock back the said permits, wouldn't that also be price sensitive and require a TH. So, will we get a TH today?
