    that was a silly story. That happened in 60s. They hit the fault line when mining and punched the aquifer. No seismic or nothing was used. With new technologies that is not possible anymore. Saskatchewan/CA is also under a lake system and there are faults everywhere. But they never hit any aquifer or fault.
