Thank you all so much for all the different views. It’s a real eye opener reading the different strategies that can be adopted in this case.
TBH this will sound silly but as a single income mum I’ve used airtasker several times for the most random tasks and felt it would do well. Got emotional I guess and decided to invest in ART rather than put it towards buying a place for myself.(Sydney is toooo damn expensive)

I’ve been doing extensive reading and any losses can be offset against future gains so I guess for me I’m on the lookout for a good investment (not necessarily ASX) that will help me at least recover half the capital and then will pull out.
