Not too sure but I didn't have a Bpay reference number on my information when it was sent to me. I used their website and there is a provision for payment on there with bank details. You then use you SRN/HIN number as the reference in the payment and for them to match the payment up and for them to check you are eligible to purchase them. Please check with the Company though before doing this though in case I'm incorrect!!!!
