Hersov gets paid a consultancy fee to be a non-exec director and has shown zero interesting in accumulating a stake, the current board are an old boys clique who appear on multiple small cap companies across the ASX.....you need fresh blood to enter the mix to shake things up and re-pivot the company. Right now it feels past its expiry date.
Of course it'd take some pretty bloody big moves to shake off the stench of Crowd1.
