They are waiting for all the Non holders to give their opinion on how much CR price should be, if there is one... again non holders will decide on HC of course (might even ask all non holders to vote on the agenda)....based on the non holder opinion survey so far, the CR could be at 5cents or 2 cents...might even be free...waiting game now.
