    Not sure I understand why the sp movement today.

    ADY are about to do a SPP at 1 for 4 shares already held (as of record date today, i.e. ppl who purchased share on or before 8/10 are eligible for the SPP) and considering that the SPP is at 1.4c, you would think that most would be selling today, not buying?

    Something must be up and I expect some news very, very soon, IMO, for the sp to rise so much, when on the available info the sp should actually be falling?

    Either way GL to SH.
