I understand your position but a company (mainly thinking they will need another IPO) can't loose a cchance to motivate and create one envroment the people feel "comnpensated" by his own investments.

Is not fair or reasonable expect thousands of people se their investments under and still giving aplause and support.

Is a "must" create really "reaL value and SHOW this real value.

That is where the communication makes a huge diference and the timming and the sequence.
