Guys,
Someone may have answered this - apologies if this is the case...but this is the first time I have seen 2 closing dates for a retail rights take up. Why have they done this?
I, like most of you, will subscribe for significantly more shares than I am entitled to at $1.10 (probably 200k worth)...and doubt that they will be any scaleback, today's announcement shows they will take every cent they can. The question is....I can't see how they could accept oversubscriptions at the first closing date not knowing what was still to come. On that basis I assume it would be wiser to wait for the 2nd closing date?
The other issue is I don't want them holding my additional funds from the 1st to 2nd closing date if they held off making a decision on oversubscriptions until then.
Any thoughts?
