dec mining, means dfs fid offtake already prepped & ready to go.
cant produce if have no mill feed
cant sell offtake if no conc or no dso ore

so mill has to be restarted & fid issued way ahead of schedule
offtaker demanding immediate restart using conc, of course, he is putting the fire under them.

should have been done 9 months ago when np past 7.00, they talked of this for 4 years but PH didnt realise or understand, he thought the mills were worthless as the peers thought for years but in fact they are our Golden Mile capex saving of $1B & remarkably good condition.

never had a doubt on this, RD told us at the 2017 AGM but PH didnt realise till a few months back on site visits. Now its the Hub of the restart as it should be.
