Thats about half of IGO at a MC of $13.4B
ie thats a 6.8B MC there at the same ratio
So to get to TBC all POS has to do is to START HER UP, PRODUCE & ramp up production to 17,500Tpa as stated by the CEO & have the market match the IGO PER ratio which would be achievable when market sees production can go up to 53kTpa at full capacity & exceed IGO Ni production

thats what they need to do to get to = TBC
START HER UP!

INCREASE mill throughput toward nameplate capacity
INCREASE average grades or INCREAE mill capacity usage =
