Not sure if it is a mistake but the 'Precious haul' article says the following,
"The developers of the $1 billion Dubbo Zirconia Project (DZP) hope to have environmental approval in March and start building the mine as early as June.
Meanwhile, Alkane Resources is working on financing the massive scheme and has raised $800 million so far."
Would love it to be true, but suspect it is not true as yet.
