If successful, it will
allow the Trust to, over the medium
term, divest certain assets and use
these proceeds to repay debt and
reduce gearing.
Notwithstanding this, there can be
no assurance given that a successful
outcome will be negotiated. If the
lenders call default, it will have
a significant negative impact,
potentially resulting in the loss of
value for unitholders.
Although terms have not been
agreed, the Trust has demonstrated
its willingness to improve the lenders’
position through utilising cash
earnings and asset sale proceeds to
reduce debt balances while seeking
to protect unitholders’ interests.


I was thinking of buying, but that scares me.
