    Went Ex Dividend on the 24th.

    ALZ AUSTRALAND PROPERTY 4c 24/06/2005 30/06/2005 03/08/2005 57.5% Interim 2.3C FR@30% DRP SUSP EST. 0.476C TAX DEF.

    Record date is the 30th and payment is on 03/08.

    Its best not to say anything at all rather then mislead.
