I think this is a great stock, good company with management that understands the risk they take and often layoff any risk above their accepted profile.

Since they have stapled in some of the properties the risk in this stock has declined however so has its potential for growth.

A good long term yield player but will always reflect the markets skitishness with the property market.

But i do wish that people would check their facts before making silly "Toot Toots"

I think Goblin is very game considering he is liable for any statements he makes in this forum and exposes himself to personal litigation if someone makes a financial loss based on his statement. i.e. a person buys ALZ expecting the dividend to be paid to them based on his "TooT TooT 2 days to go" crap.
