1. are much, much less likely to get covid at all
2. those who do get covid get a much milder dose so they have less symptoms and are therefore less likely to pass it on. If you have a cold without any symptoms you are unlikely to pass it on as it's the droplets of snot and stuff that transmit the virus

Yes your risks are lower being vaccinated but you still carry the same risks especially given that a significant portion of those that get covid are also assymptomatic.
