The buying by the directors were actually converting their options to shares last week. Like them, I converted mine too and got our shares official yesterday and as such, I think alot of people have cashed out yesterday and today. Hence the weakenning of the s.p. Take note that the options were only 2 or 3 cents one day before they stop listing. Those brave guys who bought in then have made big bucks.
